“Housing Delaware” name and new logo better reflect integrated programs

Governor Matt Meyer today announced the designation of Claymont, Newport and Millsboro as Delaware's three newest Downtown Development Districts, expanding the program to the full 15 districts allowed under state law.

Governor Meyer and Housing Delaware announced that they have an agreement in principle with Delaware State University to purchase its Living and Learning Commons in Dover as a site to expand the Hope Center model in Kent County.

Housing Delaware, in partnership with the University of Delaware's Center for Applied Demography & Survey Research (CADSR), is conducting a statewide survey to understand public attitudes toward housing affordability, housing supply, homelessness, and housing-related policies.
